Welcome to Gallery Slim (referred to below as "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Gallery Slim is a utility application designed for iOS devices that helps you scan, sort, delete, and compress photos and videos on your local device to free up storage space. All core processing algorithms operate strictly on-device.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App executes deletion and compression actions solely based on your explicit instructions. Because all operations are performed locally, we cannot recover or restore any photos or videos deleted using the App. You are solely responsible for backing up your important media and verifying files before deleting them.
To use the App, you must have a compatible iOS device. We may release updates to improve performance or security. You are encouraged to install updates to ensure the App functions correctly.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software code, user interface designs, logos, graphics, and brand assets, are owned exclusively by us. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of photos, or device malfunction) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing this page to check for any changes. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Gallery Slim offers optional subscription plans through Apple's in-app purchase system.
All transactions are processed and secured solely by Apple. We do not collect or access your billing or payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted.
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. We cannot issue refunds directly. If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
